My Advice

Preparation for an interview is key. An interview is your one chance to make a good impression and you will get out of it what you put into it. You need to be comfortable discussing your own career and experience and you need to have researched the company. Prior to your interview, we will work with you to ensure you maximise your chances of being offered the job. We can advise you on what parts of your experience to focus on and let you know what hiring managers like to discuss. In addition, we will have good information on what is happening in each company and on the company culture. This guidance on preparing for an interview can make all the difference.

My Background

I studied Law in UCC, before completing my legal qualification and working for two years as a solicitor in the property/construction sector. This led to a opportunity to work directly in this sector for a number of years before I joined Morgan McKinley in 2016.
