My Background

I hold a degree in Human Biology and began my career with a short period in the NHS, working in nutrition and dietetics. This early experience shaped a people-focused approach and an appreciation for working in regulated, outcomes-driven environments. I went on to spend 15 years with a global STEM specialist PLC recruitment business, progressing from an entry-level associate consultant to a business leadership role, while remaining consistently client-facing throughout my career. My work is grounded in long-term partnership and a considered, transparent approach to recruitment. I bring genuine curiosity and respect for the life sciences sector, working closely with businesses to understand their challenges and provide high-quality recruitment solutions that support sustainable growth and long-term success.
