I work within the Engineering recruitment team at Morgan McKinley. I am responsible for Contract Engineering positions on a National level.

Specialist Area

The positions I cover are Project Engineer, Process Engineers, CQV Engineers, Facilities/ Utilities Engineers, etc. within the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices markets.

My Background

I began my career in hospitality before completing a Master's in Strategy, Innovation, and People Management. Coming from a people-oriented background and having acquired knowledge related to talent acquisition, recruitment seemed like an obvious career path. I joined the Contract Engineering desk in January 2025.
