I’m a Senior Consultant here at Morgan McKinley, where I focus on the Quality Assurance space across Life Sciences and Engineering. My background is actually in Marketing, I’m an MTU graduate, but my career has always been driven by business development and people. For me, recruitment isn't just about matching a CV to a job description; it’s about understanding the nuances of what a QA team actually needs to succeed.
