Here at Morgan McKinley I recruit in the Construction and Property sectors across Ireland. I recruit for all professional construction roles but in particular Engineers, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Site Foremen.

My Advice

Understanding the role and the company you are applying for is the best form of preparation; being confident in these areas will enable you to ask the right questions and this will stand to you when dealing with possible employers.

My Background

I studied Construction Management in The Cork Institute of Technology and upon on completion of my degree I moved to Dublin and worked with a large construction recruitment firm for 6 years as a recruitment consultant. This was a fast paced environment which was very enjoyable. I have an extensive knowledge of the construction industry having spent some time working on site while also working in a company which specialised in providing professional construction candidates across a number of sectors.
