My Advice

From my time working closely with contractors, I've seen how much smoother everything runs when expectations are set and everyone is in the loop. I've learned that clear communication and being proactive about your job search makes all the difference.

My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley in 2020 on the Contractor Experience team. During this time I worked with contractors, onboarding them to their new roles and was responsible for managing and coordinating the administration for all temporary assignments. I then took my learnings from the Contractor Experience team and brought that with me to a contract recruitment focused role where I now recruit for, and place QC analysts into roles that match their skill sets and career goals within the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical and Medical Device industries.
