• Sectors: Major Public Infrastructure (Transport, Utilities, Civil Engineering)

• Contract Types: NEC4 / Irish Public Works Contracts (PWC)

The Role:

· Lead major infrastructure projects from planning through construction to handover.

· Act as the key liaison between state bodies, local authorities, design teams, and main contractors.

Requirements:

· 7+ years' experience managing large-scale public infrastructure projects (roads, rail, water, or energy).

· Strong familiarity with NEC4 (ECC) or Irish Public Works Contracts (PWC).

· Proven track record in client representation, contract administration, and complex stakeholder management.

· Construction / Engineering qualification needed (Engineers Ireland, CIOB, or equivalent)
