My Advice

My advice to every candidate would be to prepare correctly for each role. It is important to do some research on both the role you are applying for and the company itself. In addition to that, I would advise all candidates to just be themselves as much they possibly can and try relax when they are interviewing for jobs. It is important that you be yourself and try show the employer the real you. Giving an employer a genuine snapshot of your personality can make a huge difference when applying for a job.
