My Advice

As a professional contractor you should think through your assignment and upon deciding to engage in a new assignment, you should be looking to see it through to the end. Whether you are undertaking specific project work or covering for long-term absence. I will also recommend to network yourself as well as you can. The larger your network = The easier it will be to find your next role.

My Background

I started my career at Morgan McKinley in December 2012 in the Crawley office, recruiting for temporary positions within Commerce and Industry.  A year later I relocated to the London office, representing compliance professionals on a temporary and interim basis. A year later I got promoted to senior consultant and have become number one consultant for a number of main accounts. I have a strong sales background and specialise in prioritising the requirements of the candidate in order to fulfill their career objectives. I offer a very personable approach and will listen to all aspects of clients needs and wants and put that towards a successful future career for the individual.
