My Advice

It is important to keep an open mind and explore the various options available. Each business is different to the next, with complexities and teams varying within: speaking to your recruiter in depth and attending interviews is the best way to find out about the dynamics of each prospective employer and how well suited you are to them.

When looking for a new opportunity, be sure to take everything into consideration; culture, leadership, the scope of the role and progression. Even if you are not actively looking for a new role, it is always good to assess and review your standing in the market.
