Our team covers a broad range of roles including Personal and Executive Assistants, Office Managers, Senior Administrators, Receptionists, and Customer Service professionals, supporting businesses in building effective and scalable support functions.

My Background

I began my career in retail management, where I developed a strong foundation in leadership, team development, and operational performance. I then moved into the UK recruitment market, specialising in both contract and permanent hiring, and building a strong track record of delivering for clients across multiple sectors. I later established my own recruitment business, giving me first-hand experience in building and scaling a service-led operation. Having achieved this, I made the decision to return home to Ireland and continue my career within an established firm, where I can bring my entrepreneurial mindset together with the resources, collaboration, and long-term growth opportunities of a larger organisation.
