My Advice

Having been in recruitment since 2002, my advice to candidates would be ‘Always be Prepared” 1. Know you CV inside out- this is your experience, you have done it and you should be able to answer any question about it and give real time examples. 2. Know the role you are interviewing for inside out – Read the spec, be able to relate it to your own experience and how it can tie in. 3. Know the company – reading the website is not enough. Look into articles the company was mentioned in and any other company info by using Google. Know that bit extra can put you miles ahead of other candidates.

My Background

I started in Morgan McKinley in November 2002. I have been working in recruitment since 2002 focusing on temp and contract recruitment within the finance and commercial sectors. I have gained experience in Dublin, Sydney, London and Limerick.
