I am Manager of the Marketing, Multilingual and HR desks here in the Morgan McKinley Dublin office. I manage a team of five excellent Recruitment Consultants across the three divisions. We look after Permanent, Temporary and Contract roles nationwide. I recruit for Senior appointments across Marketing, HR and Business Support.

My Advice

If you are on the market looking for a new opportunity, you will know how time consuming this can be. My advice is get networking, find a skilled recruiter who is specialised in your area. The benefits of this is that the recruiter will have built up strong relationships with key clients in the market and will be able to put your best foot forward to these clients. You will get the upper hand in terms of detailed information on what the role entails and what the client is looking for, along with what to expect. Book in some face to face time (either in person or virtually) to widen your connections in the market and to get some key market insights.

My Background

I joined Morgan McKinley in 2019, I started my recruitment journey in our Business Support division, recruiting for a variety of Office Support roles. During the pandemic, I spent 3 months recruiting for roles in the Construction and Property sector with our National Construction and Property team. An opportunity arose to build out our Multilingual and Marketing desks which I grabbed with both hands and am very proud to have built two very successful desks. Since then, I have also become Manager of the HR recruitment desk.

I love recruitment and really enjoy working with people, I have been lucky to work with a variety of highly skilled and impressive professionals. My favourite part of the role is supporting people to find the right position or the right candidate.
