My Advice

Interviewing for a new role can be daunting so I would recommend to do plenty of research on the company and the role you are applying for so you seem confident in front of the hiring manager. My Background

After graduating from the University of Limerick with a Degree in Business and Human Resource Management I decided to return to my family construction business for 3 years learning from my father who has 25 years industry experience. After working in all roles within the company from Site Operative to HR Manager I decided to pursue a full time career in recruitment, specifically in the construction sector.
