The main difference is that Project Recruitment is focused around finding people for urgent or business critical transformations typically within a set period of time. The aim is to hire you top talent within tight timeframes, so the urgent projects remain on schedule.

Project Recruitment is completed by an outsourced provider or agency. That organisation will deploy a dedicated team that works in conjunction with your teams - either Talent Acquisition or HR as a whole - to find you the people you need to make sure your projects proceed on time and to the highest possible standard.
