I have been recruiting within the Sussex & Surrey market since 2017 with a particular focus on entry-level AAT studiers through to qualified finance senior exec search I cover both interim and permanent and oversee roles which include; Accounts Payable & Receivable, Accounts Assistant, Part Qualified, Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, FP&A, Finance Manager, Financial Controller, Finance Director and CFO. Clients that I support range from major blue chip businesses to high growing SMEs. I have also supported a number of businesses going through major transformations.

Authenticity! Being your ‘authentic’ self is so important, especially during an interview.

My Background

I started my recruitment journey back in 2017 and joined Morgan McKinley in early 2023. Prior to joining I worked for two large names within financial recruitment.

I have had the pleasure of working with some fantastic clients and candidates over the years and have gained some invaluable skills, very much looking forward to many more years of doing so.
