My Advice

Always be open to an initial conversation! Whether that is with your recruiter or a company directly, you might not know what your dream opportunity is until it's placed in front of you. Tying in with that, don’t be afraid to say no. If the opportunity doesn’t feel right to you, that’s okay. My job as a recruiter is to find the right fit - knowing when it’s a match, and when it’s not.

My Background

After completing my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemistry at DCU, I transitioned into the tech industry as a Data Engineer. However, I soon realised that neither field was the right fit. A move to Australia led me to explore a career in recruitment, where I finally discovered my passion and have been dedicated to it ever since!
