I am a Senior Manager within the HR team at Morgan McKinley’s Dublin office, specialising in senior HR appointments. I partner with clients across a broad range of sectors, delivering permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions on a regional basis.

Our team has successfully supported organisations with roles ranging from HR Administration through to VP of HR and Chief People Officer level, working closely with clients to understand both immediate hiring needs and long-term people strategies.

My Background

I began my recruitment career in 2018 within Executive Search, where I developed a strong interest in the HR function. As someone who values long-term relationships and a consultative approach, specialising in HR felt like a natural progression.

Since then, I have partnered with organisations ranging from high-growth startups to established multinationals, supporting senior management, board and C-suite appointments. Now leading the HR team in Morgan McKinley’s Dublin office, I work closely with clients and candidates to deliver thoughtful, high-quality recruitment solutions. Accredited by the Employment and Recruitment Federation (ERF), I take pride in combining market insight with a people-first approach to ensure the right long-term fit for all involved.
