My Background

Having completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce with Spanish from NUIG, I began my career in sales and marketing, where I developed a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building. Working closely with clients allowed me to understand the importance of trust, listening, and delivering tailored solutions.

These experiences naturally led me to transition into the recruitment industry, where I could apply these skills in a more people-focused environment. I now use this background to build meaningful connections with both clients and candidates, ensuring a thoughtful and personalised approach to every search.
