My Advice

In an interview the most important thing to remember is to prepare multiple examples. I would recommend to always have various examples prepared of different situations that you believe you may be asked about. This gives the interviewer an opportunity to simulate how you would react in a real life situation in your work environment and makes you much more personable. By preparing these examples you can prove your experience, personality and preparation ability and this comes across extremely well in an interview process. It is this that will set you apart for other candidates who may produce hypothetical answers.

My Background

Prior to Joining Morgan McKinley Michelle studied a Degree in Business Studies and after graduating worked as Sales and Service advisor in the banking sector. Michelle's specialist area is Quality and Validation Engineers in Cork, Munster & the West of Ireland.
