My Advice

Keep an open mind and come to your own conclusions about potential opportunities and employers. Throughout my career, I have met many candidates who had had preconceived opinions about industries, roles and companies. It is my firm belief that, without doing your due diligence, you are not in a position to make a decision and that it would be remiss of me as your Consultant to not give you all the information to allow you to make an informed decision. In many instances, candidates have been pleasantly surprised by what they found to be a perfect opportunity for them. Don’t forget one man’s meat is another man’s poison.

My Background

Extensive recruitment experience both in Ireland and Internationally in Canada. I first joined Morgan McKinley as a Graduate in 2007 and throughout my career with the group I have worked in a variety of verticals including Technology, Finance and Accounting and Project Management. I spent 4 years in Canada working for a FTSE 250 recruitment firm and set up their Accounting and Finance desk for the East Coast. I now lead one of the largest ERP recruitment desks in Ireland and service clients and candidates here at home and across Europe.
