My Background

I hold a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Cork Institute of Technology (CIT) and began my career in marketing, events, and sales. This early experience helped me develop strong commercial insight and a wide-reaching professional network. I transitioned into recruitment in 2022 when I joined Morgan McKinley as an ERP Recruitment Consultant. I now focus on connecting specialist talent with leading organisations across Ireland and the EU.

To further enhance my ability to support professionals in their career journeys, I am currently completing an MSc in Personal and Management Coaching at University College Cork (UCC).
