My Background

Eoin has 11 years' experience working in the recruitment industry in Ireland. On completing a degree in English and Philosophy from UCD, Eoin joined Brightwater in 2012 where he was a top performing consultant on their Engineering desk for several years. In 2014, Eoin joined Mason Alexander as their second hire and was a leading part of their exponential growth during his 7 years there. He joined Morgan McKinley as a Director in 2021 to lead out their Technology and Project & Change teams, and in December 2022 was promoted to Operations Director for Dublin.
