My Advice

My advice for all job seekers is to 1. Be Yourself- It's super important to be authentic in an interview process- organisation's are trying to understand if you'd be a good fit for a role, if you don't have a particular skill or digital component- always be honest, if you're not the office social butterfly share other ways you enjoy getting involved with a company- It's never a negative to be yourself 2. Do your Research- when looking to interview for an organisation I always tell my candidates to find out as much as they can through their website, social media, news, word of mouth- it's a two-way process and it shows genuine interest 3. Be Patient- the job search can be frustrating, stressful and time consuming. The roles you miss out on can be a blessing in disguise, perseverance is key as it makes way for an opportunity that could be your perfect fit.

My Background

I started my career in Morgan McKinley in January 2025 looking after the Marketing and Digital Permanent recruitment desk, working across all industries in Dublin and Cork.

I moved to Ireland from Australia and I have 3 years experience in Recruitment working on a Marketing, Digital and Communications desk in Melbourne. My specialization in my previous role was contracting and permanent recruitment focusing initially in the Industrial Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail industry to then transition into a Public Sector and Not-For-Profit recruitment specialization.
