My Background

I kicked off my career in the fast-paced agency world, where managing HR and Admin roles across different industries really sharpened my eye for great talent. It was the perfect training ground for learning how to build genuine, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

Looking for a new challenge, I moved in-house as a Senior Recruiter for a global advertising firm. Leading strategic hiring across the APAC region gave me a front-row seat to how international businesses grow, along with plenty of hands-on experience in navigating regional market trends and cultural nuances.
