My Background

I began my recruitment career in New York City with Green Key Resources, specialising in corporate functions across HR, Administration, and Marketing. Following a move to Singapore, I joined Hays and later transferred to their Sydney office, where I honed my expertise in Marketing and Digital recruitment.

My career then transitioned in-house as Strategic Talent Partner at the Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), where I worked closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing leadership to drive strategic talent acquisition across the function.

Currently, I’m a Senior Consultant at Morgan McKinley, responsible for recruiting Marketing, Digital, and Communications professionals across Financial Services, Technology, Real Estate, and FinTech sectors. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and Public Relations from the University of Notre Dame, Sydney.
