My Advice

To be successful in job hunting, I have 3 suggestions:

1) Tailor your applications: Avoid sending out generic resumes to multiple job postings. Instead, take the time to tailor each application to the specific job and company you are applying to.

2) Leverage your network: Networking is a powerful tool in job hunting. Reach out to your professional contacts, let them know you are actively seeking opportunities and get information.

3)Upskill and adapt: Take the time to identify any gaps in your skillset and invest in upskilling or acquiring new knowledge to be successful in the constantly evolving job market.

My Background

I come with regional Sales & Marketing recruitment experience in APAC with a focus in Consumer & Retail. I stepped into the career in recruitment right after my graduation and am still enjoying it so far. I value much of the trustworthy relationships with my clients and candidates. I believe recruitment is more than assisting with job hunting or hiring but more of a key to organizational success.
