My Advice

“Without a vision, the people perish” – I believe it is imperative to have a clear vision of your purpose and career goals as this will keep you happy, motivated, and enthusiastic to learn and contribute to your workplace.

Next would be to double down on your strengths – people often spend a lot of time (and I mean A LOT!) trying to be better at what they are mediocre at. But why not channel the time and energy to be great at what you’re already good at?

My Background

Fresh out of the National University of Singapore with a degree in Communications & New Media, I kickstarted my career in recruitment as an in-house recruiter in healthcare, where I stayed on for 7.5 years, before transitioning to an agency role at Morgan McKinley.

I am a firm believer that “People are not interruptions to your agenda. People are the agenda.” Great happiness for me comes when the people I serve are happy. Walking your professional journey with you and seeing you get the results you desire are what I aspire to do in my professional life.
