Use every piece of information that you can avail of to make sure that the workplace you are joining is the one for you and aligns with your career ambitions. The most important thing is for you to feel satisfied and valued in the role you are working, as in the long run, that is the quality of a company that will be most valuable to you.

My Background

I completed my bachelor's in Business Studies and achieved a master’s degree in International Management & Global Business at the University of Limerick in 2018 and 2019 respectively. I then spent 3 years working in Sales, predominantly in the IT sector. I decided to alter my career progression, changed to recruitment and joined Morgan McKinley as a Technology Consultant in July 2022.
