She is working with international and multilingual candidates all day every day and has a strong understanding of the Irish job market.
Prior to joining Morgan McKinley, Lea worked as an in-house recruiter and consultant. She comes from a psychology background and pursued her B.Sc. in Psychology in Germany and obtained her M.Sc. in Work and Organisational Psychology in the Netherlands.
