My Background

Ben has over seven years of experience in sales, account management, and tech recruitment. Having started his career in recruitment after university, Ben relocated to Canada in 2017 and joined the then newly established Morgan McKinley. Ben established himself as a top performer within the software engineering division in his initial years at Morgan McKinley before transitioning into a leadership and account management role as the team continued to grow. He still loves to recruit and has a hands-on leadership style, contributing to team success by connecting colleagues with his well-established network of top talent in the tech space.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys all sports whether it be parlour games in the bar with friends, spikeball in the park, or seven-a-side football. He plays too much golf for someone who, admittedly, struggles to break 100.
