Nancy has over 30 years experience in programme change delivery specifically in the Financial Services industry sector. She is a Specialist and subject matter expert in UK Retail Banking Payment Schemes - BACS, FPS, CHAPS, Cheque Imaging and PSD2 & ISO20022.
Tony is an experienced Executive/COO/Managing Director with extensive Board experience and stakeholder management. He has worked as a Management Consultant focused on operating models, operational efficiency, cost reduction and transformational change, as well as being a Programme Director of complex programmes of work in Financial Services & Leisure industries.
Recognised as the 2019 Emerging Payments Awards’ Contributor of the Year and a senior leader under the Innovate Finance Women in PayTech Powerlist, Anne champions diversity and inclusion. She is a judge for the EPA and European Women’s Payment Network (EWPN) Awards, and an advocate for HM Treasury’s Women in Finance Charter.
Her record of achievements as a Director and senior leader with Pay.UK (formerly Bacs) and across the wider EPA community as an Advisory Board member, brings a unique perspective to a range of industry challenges faced by the Fintech ecosystem. She led the strategy at Bacs and steered product development of the UK’s retail payment products and services such as Direct Debit, Bacs Direct Credit, Current Account Switch Service and Cash ISA account switching services.
David has over 35 years senior management experience in financial services covering a diverse range of roles. His primary area of interest is payments, where he has worked both in payments organisations and held senior management positions within banking groups. He has extensive experience of the design, development, promotion and use of payment products and services. In an area where technology is vital to delivery, he has a detailed knowledge and understanding of the components required to support effective payments products. However, one of his primary concerns has been to ensure that all activities deliver real, measurable, and demonstrable value.
Robert is a seasoned and business-focused Programme Manager with Senior Management experience in retail financial services and electronic payments. He is an energetic, creative and tenacious problem-solver with an inclusive, open leadership style and excellent stakeholder management skills. He has a track record of developing and delivering solutions to diverse, complex and technically challenging problems. Some of Robert’s previous clients include mutual organisations, challenger banks, payments and fintechs.
