Up, down or flat? The state of salaries.
Due to the high demand for HRBP candidates, salaries for this level of role increased in the first half of the year but levelled off. Mid-senior roles have been in demand, around the £65k mark.
Talent Acquisition roles displayed the biggest contrast in salaries and demand. In 2022, there was high demand to hire, and salaries increased - in 2023, the market was saturated with TA candidates, meaning salaries weren’t as competitive.
