My Advice

The decision whether to move jobs can seem daunting but it's very often the start of a great journey of discovery, both as you examine and sell your own skills and experience, as well as finding out about other companies and opportunities that are out there. Getting your own pitch right is crucial to making sure you get the right role, at the right level, with the right reward and it's well worth putting real thought and time into practising and perfecting the way you succinctly and powerfully communicate your achievements, value and full potential.

I joined Morgan McKinley in November 2014. Prior to joining I spent 20 years at another international recruitment firm, gaining a broad range of experience of different disciplines and markets, both in the UK and Asia Pacific.
