Some background to Pre-Screening and Compliance
In the past 5 years, the temporary and contract recruitment market has seen a surge in the amount of employee verifications needed when they have been hired in a new role.
As a result of this, the dedicated teams at Morgan McKinley will advise, guide and support you before and after your placement. During your application for a role, you will be advised as early as possible on what checks are required and what documentation you will need to complete prior to starting your new role. More specifically, if you receive a job offer, a dedicated Morgan McKinley Compliance Officer will contact you and will be there to guide you through completing all the compliance paperwork for your new employer in order to get you started in your new role as quickly as possible.
Our aim is to recognise that whilst there is a very real need for these screening checks to be completed, it is our role to ensure that this process is as smooth as possible. We appreciate that some people are new to contracting or may not have worked for clients with pre-screening requirements before, so to help you further we have put together a list of frequently asked questions. Remember, contracting is an exciting and fulfilling alternative to permanent recruitment and therefore we look forward to helping you in whatever way we can.
