SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Our client is a leading international telecommunications company with a strong presence in Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, the organisation serves as a strategic hub, providing enterprise network solutions, cloud services, data centre capabilities, and cross-border connectivity to multinational corporations, carriers, and digital service providers.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as HR Business Partner to various business units and regional teams, providing strategic and operational HR support.
- Oversee full spectrum of HR functions, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Serve as HR liaison with regional headquarters and employees on daily HR operations and issues.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment & selection, onboarding, HR records, policy communication, performance management, training & development, employee relations, and exit processes.
- Participate in HR projects such as employer branding, talent management, process optimisation, market research, and graduate recruitment.
- Maintain HR system records, reports, organisation charts, and other documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Undertake ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of HR experience, ideally with exposure to Chinese-funded enterprises or multinational organisations.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office and detail-oriented.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
