About the Role
We are seeking a driven and community-focused Programme Executive to lead the development and delivery of impactful programmes that enhance social support for seniors.
This role combines programme design, operations management, stakeholder engagement and community outreach. You will play a key role in shaping meaningful initiatives, driving participation and ensuring smooth day-to-day centre operations.

Key Responsibilities
Programme Development & Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive programme plan aligned with emerging community needs
Design engaging activities and initiatives to enhance senior participation
Evaluate programme effectiveness and recommend improvements
Develop promotional strategies to drive outreach and engagement
Maintain proper documentation and client records
Programme Implementation & Operations
Oversee daily centre operations and ensure smooth programme delivery
Monitor timelines, budgets and resource allocation
Proactively address operational challenges and support team coordination
Community Outreach & Engagement
Oversee outreach efforts, including home visits and engagement initiatives
Support buddying and befriending programmes to strengthen social support networks
Conduct basic assessments and compile reports to track impact
Information & Referral
Coordinate support for complex referral cases
Mobilise community resources and stakeholders to meet client needs
Volunteer & Partnership Management
Support volunteer recruitment, onboarding and retention strategies
Coordinate with agencies, sponsors and partners to strengthen programme offerings
Organise stakeholder engagements, networking events and site visits
Fund Management & Reporting
Monitor programme expenditure and ensure budget adherence
Prepare KPI reports and documentation for leadership and funders
Support sourcing of additional funding opportunities
Team Support & Leadership
Provide guidance and coordination support to programme staff
Support workload planning and administrative matters
Contribute to a collaborative and solutions-oriented team culture
Requirements
Qualifications
Degree in any discipline
Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience preferred
Experience in programme planning, events, community engagement or operations is advantageous
Knowledge of social services sector is a plus
Fresh graduates with strong organisational and engagement skills are welcome to apply
