This is done by also providing the candidates with key information such as the organizational culture, the people and the challenges involved and the potential upsides from a long term career development point of view.

My Background

I have covered a diverse portfolio previously within Financial Services, including Technology, Operations and all middle office, but have covered corporate governance recruitment exclusively for the past 8 years. This experience has allowed me to deep dive and given me an in depth knowledge of the industry and the challenges facing the industry in general, including future trends which will include AI and Technology adoption to make processes more streamlined and efficient for Governance professionals
