This includes driving commercial performance, building strong client partnerships, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture. My focus is on aligning business strategy with evolving market demands, developing future leaders, and positioning Morgan McKinley as a trusted partner in the talent space across Southeast Asia.

My Advice

My Background

I started my recruitment career in 2015 with a UK listed company. I've launched two businesses across the banking & financial services, commerce & industrial sectors. I am an advocate of “people first” - to create a positive impact towards leadership, culture and mindset. I graduated with an Executive Master of Arts from the University of Melbourne.
