採用・オンボーディング・人事制度運用・従業員対応など幅広い業務を担い、グローバルチームと連携しながら、組織成長と社員エンゲージメント向上に貢献するポジションです。
主な職務内容
- 人材育成や企業文化の醸成、従業員エンゲージメント戦略の策定・実行(グローバルHR目標との調整、社内リーダーらとのやりとり含む)
- ER・労務対応(日本の法令を遵守し、一貫性のある人事対応を心がけること)
- 採用・人事異動・キャリア開発制度の企画・運用(グローバル人事チームと連携)
- 人事考課、給与レビュー、後継育成計画の運用管理
- 人事制度や業務プロセスの改善提案・実行、チームのスキル向上促進
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience:
- 10+ years of senior HR experience, ideally within global or professional services organizations
- Deep understanding of Japanese labor law and employee relations in international settings
Technical / Functional Skills:
- Strong capabilities in compensation planning, talent development, and HR compliance
- Proficient in HR data analysis and stakeholder communication
Soft Skills:
- Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with strong business acumen
- Hands-on approach with a professional, client-focused mindset
Language Requirements
- Japanese: Native
- English: Fluent (business-level, daily use with global counterparts)
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the legal or professional services sector
- Familiarity with global mobility and multinational HR policy frameworks
