Valerie and Jillian are senior members of NFG’s Employment law team based out of the firm’s Waterford office.
They are advisors for many Employers in a variety of sectors, including multinational and Irish companies and they proudly represent several State Bodies and local SME’s in Waterford and the South East.
They will share their knowledge and expertise in the most recent changes in legislation with a keen focus on the following topics:
- The right to request hybrid/remote working
- Changes to the Sick Leave Act
- Changes to Probation Period
Valerie is a Partner with Nolan Farrell & Goff Solicitors in Waterford City which is one of the leading provincial law firms in Ireland. She has over 25 years’ experience in the legal field over wide range of areas. From an Employment Law perspective, she predominately acts for Employers in the defence of Employment law cases, and in an advisory capacity and in relation to compliance.She represents many larger organisations and a variety of SMEs across the Southeast Region and nationally.
Jillian is an Associate Solicitor with Nolan Farrell & Goff LLP Solicitors in Waterford City, with over 15 years of experience as a Litigation Solicitor. She advises both Employers across a broad spectrum of Employment Law matters, both contentious and advisory. She strives to provide practical advice and solutions to promote a positive working environment for all parties involved.
