He specialises in managing challenging, extensive global searches which require an exceptionally robust process. He has worked internationally, primarily in the areas of wholesale banking, risk, compliance and assurance.

Finlay has a proven track record of successfully advising clients on appointing top talent to the most senior levels of their organisations. Finlay holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from UCD and a MSc in Strategic Management from UCD Smurfit School of Business.
