About Emer McCue

Emer has extensive experience in both the Irish and UK markets for Senior Executive appointments, working with organisations across Technology, Banking, Financial Services, Engineering, FMCG and Professional Services sectors.

A qualified Accountant & Tax Specialist, Emer completed her tax training with BDO & EY before joining Morgan McKinley in 2004. In 2010, Emer moved to London to join the in-house hiring team at EY where she spent three years managing the FS Tax group, working on a broad remit of roles up to Senior Director and Partner level. Emer joined Morgan McKinley Executive Search in 2022 after taking a career break.
