As Client Engagement Manager Lorraine provides a comprehensive and commercially focussed service across the Executive Search business and brings a wealth of international customer and client-based support knowledge and experience to the team. Lorraine is the point of contact for clients, ensuring they are allocated proper resources and consistently receive the highest quality of service. Lorraine organises all Marketing, Public Relations, and Corporate Event activity for Morgan McKinley Executive Search. Lorraine contributes significantly to the research function and preparation of our detailed reports to the highest client standards.

Lorraine’s career started in the aviation industry, ten years of which she spent working for British Airways. Here, she managed a resolute team that provided BA’s world-renowned exemplary care and service to the airline’s first-class client base. A people person with excellent organisational and communication skills, Lorraine holds a Higher Diploma in the science of Digital Marketing, a postgraduate Diploma in Public Relations, a Diploma in Business Studies, and a Diploma in Tourism Studies.
