I am responsible for the day to day team management and strategic direction of our Contractor Experience function in Ireland. We strive to deliver a first in class service to our contractors and clients.

My Background

I previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant on the IT desk within Morgan McKinley, here I learned the importance of providing an excellent service to our candidates. I then moved into a project coordinator role where I worked on setting up the Contractor Experience function within the business, implementing processes to ensure a smooth onboarding service for our contractors. I hold a BBS degree from the University of Limerick.
