A lot of the time writing job ads and writing job descriptions can be time consuming. However, the power behind a well-written job description (you can download job description templates here by the way) and a well-written job ad must not be underestimated. 

Getting all the wrong people to apply for your jobs just means you have to go through hundreds of candidates that are not suitable for the role. So, how then, do you write a job ad that will attract the right type of candidates?
