An Associate Director who is responsible for Morgan McKinley’s Projects, Change & Transformation division, which sources leading candidates for both strategic and tactical initiatives across Financial Services, Consulting and Commerce and Industry organisations.

I helped set the team up in 2007 and it has grown into one of our largest and most successful divisions following the economic downturn as organisations have sought to evolve in response to new market conditions and regulations. It's split into two teams with one specialising in Commerce and Industry and the other Financial Services. I focus on banking and consulting recruitment and I also look after the Risk Contract team as well, which consists of two very high performing Principle Consultants.
