We are working with an industry-defining leader of technology solutions within Singapore. They are looking for a Retail Account Manager to join the team!
Key responsibilities include managing day to day requests for support and escalations from channels, driving client satisfaction, maximising sales, customer growth and retention. The successful candidate is also required to act as the bridge between our client and various sales channels.
The successful candidate will be required to contribute to the client's growth strategy, product roadmap and marketing plan by providing market insights.
Provide sales support and partnering with the sales channels to deliver training, best practices and sales aids.
Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful applicant should have minimally 5 years of experience in Retail Account Management.
Experiences in mobile device retail would be a bonus, although relevant retail sales experience in consumer electronics / insurance products / services / FMCG will be considered as well.
Have relevant hands on experience of developing and delivering sales support initiatives across large retail networks.
You should also have outstanding communication, the ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiatives independently.
