In your first month, you won't just manage cases-you will set the clinical standard for a dedicated mental health team. You will step directly into complex, high-risk case reviews, guide junior social workers through crisis interventions, and shape individual outcome plans that help vulnerable individuals and families navigate life-altering transitional challenges.
As a Team Lead within our Mental Health Service, you serve as both a clinical anchor and an operational guide. You will mentor caseworkers through active co-leading, post-session debriefs, and direct observation, translating high-level funding KPIs into compassionate, person-centered care.
