Core Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex travel itineraries, schedule global meetings/calls, manage invoice processing, and handle expense reimbursements promptly.
- Travel coordination (both domestic and international) and provide detailed itineraries.
- Design professional PowerPoint decks, compile key operational reports, and maintain accurate client records within the internal database.
- Assist in planning and executing client events, seminars, and promotional roadshows.
- Support the Office Manager with daily operations and provide coverage for administrative colleagues as needed.
Qualifications & Key Skills
- Minimum of 4 years in administrative support; prior experience in banking, finance, or professional services preferred.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented multitasker capable of managing competing priorities, meeting tight deadlines, and thriving under pressure.
- Adaptable team player with strong initiative, proactive problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work extended hours when business demands require.
